We are living in a time marked by people being in a hurry, anxiety feeding in the hearts of many. The rush is too intense and folks let themselves go and commence feeling out of touch with themselves and insecurity steps in.
Nature is carefree. Peace is the fruit of harmonious living. Peace is our birthright and yet everyone talks about it as if it were some pricy commodity that one can purchase only after painstaking searches, at the feet of a teacher in some exotic location, after attending some far-away kundalini conference, etc.
Here are a few thoughts which could assist you to deal with problems in your daily life and to achieve peace within.
Practice being happy and in displaying a sweet disposition to all. Positive vibrations are infective.
Be loving and true.
Remove hate from your life.
Harm none. Practice kindness.
Be positive even in the face of adversity; do not indulge in worries.
Trust in the fact that everything is temporary; problem times pass.
Choose to take ownership of lessons learnt from negativities; avoid feeling like a victim.
Speak the truth; dishonesty crumbles integrity.
Be courteous, kind and trusting.
Fear and guilt are destructive sentiments. Avoid them at all costs.
Practice gratitude and patience.
Faith means having confidence in yourself and what you can achieve. Be faithful therefore.
Be sweet, gentle and learn to serve others
Let your thoughts, your words and your actions be in line; Witch congruency
Practice discernment and do not discriminate
Be punctual and exercise will-power. This will lend you poise and harmony
Be generous and hospitable.
Keep your word.
In whatever you say or do, remember to use tact.
Lead by example. Remember that your words and actions will influence others. Accept this responsibility with joy.
Live out your spiritual path. Be tolerant to others.
Avoid all forms of addiction.
Practice the art of contentment; happiness is an attitude. Adopt it!
Practice forbearance, learn to forgive and if you do remember, let it be without resentment.
Discipline the mind.
Uncontrolled anger is a weakness. Practice strength instead. Nothing is impossible for a person of strong will. Will Power is Soul Force. Use it!
Rest enough; sleep well and naturally.
See the Goddess in everyone and everything.
