RE: AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN PAGAN COUNCIL

Our reason for amending the Constitution is to make provision for the SAPC as a Section 21 Organisation in terms of SARS.

The SAPC is now registered as a Public Benefit Organisation in terms of section 30 of the Act.
