The SAPC is a Section 21 Public Benefit Organisation in terms of the SARS Act.

Public Benefit Activities
Paragraph 5. Religion, Belief or Philosophy

a) The promotion or practice of religion which encompasses acts of worship, witness, teaching and community service based on a belief in a deity.

The SAPC is dedicated to furthering the religion of Paganism in South Africa. This organisation has:

  • Religious Marriage officers
  • Registered Paganism as a religion in South Africa
  • Stopped the proposed Mpumalanga Witchcraft Supression Bill
  • Promoted Paganism at a National & Parliamentary level.

    All funds in the SAPC account are audited by a private chartered accountant and SA Revenue Service.
