LITHA CELEBRATIONS ON THE LOWVELD ESCARPMENT

Lunaguardia will celebrate Litha Eve with a masked dragon and fairy dance around the bonfire, a night of singing, drumming, poetry and the tossing thyme, lavender and sage into the Litha flames, the skipping over the fire
pit for purification and protection as well as to witness the battle between the Holly King and the Oak King.

At dawn the Coven will be holding a sunrise Litha picnic on the DeKaap Valley Escarpment to celebrate the Lord as He rises to the height of His power with drumming, ringing of bells and singing bowls followed by a hearty breakfast of seasonal fruits, home-made muesli, yogurt, freshly baked bread, and cheeses.

May your Litha celebrations be filled with fun and magick and may your heart be filled with love, laughter and the light of our Lord!

On the 18th of October a cleansing ceremony will be held with a sweat lodge in preperation for Beltane celebrations on the 31st. And on the 31st a Beltane bash will be held in Nelspriut surroundings (lows creek)
